Service overview

Callme is a reminder service that may deliver reminders through the mobile app, verification messages, and AI-assisted voice calls. The service is designed to help users create, manage, and resolve reminders across those channels.

Use of the service

You agree to use Callme only for lawful reminder workflows. You may not use the service for spam, harassment, misleading calls or messages, or any use that violates law.

Voice and verification delivery

Delivery may rely on third-party communication providers. Timing, reachability, carrier handling, verification-message delivery, and speech recognition quality can vary by network and device conditions. Standard calling charges or other carrier fees may apply to voice calls to or from the service.

Phone verification

Callme may send transactional text messages such as verification codes or account-security messages in order to confirm ownership of a phone number. Message and data rates may apply.

AI-assisted actions

Some reminder interactions may use AI systems to interpret spoken or written input. While Callme aims to keep reminder state accurate, AI interpretation can be imperfect.

If you use spoken reminder features, audio, transcripts, and related reminder context may be processed by Anthropic to help create, update, or resolve reminders.

Callme also relies on Anthropic, Twilio, Telnyx, and other third-party notification and infrastructure providers to operate the service. By using Callme, you acknowledge that relevant service data may be processed by those providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

Callme may change features, pricing, supported channels, or provider integrations over time as the product evolves.
