What Callme stores
Callme may store reminder content, scheduling details, delivery preferences, phone numbers, device sync state, reminder interaction history, and location reminder information needed to operate the app, verification flows, live reminder calls, and location reminders.
Location data and location reminders
If you enable location reminders, Callme may access your device's precise location while the app is in use and in the background, including when the app is closed, to detect arrival at or departure from saved places and deliver location-based reminders.
We may store location reminder information, such as saved places, geofence settings, and related reminder event history, to operate the feature and sync it across your devices.
Location data is used to operate location reminders and related map features. We do not sell location data or share it for advertising purposes.
Voice processing
If you choose to use voice reminder features, recorded audio, reminder content, and related reminder context may be processed in order to transcribe speech, interpret reminder intent, generate or update reminder drafts, deliver reminders, and keep reminder state in sync across the service.
For example, voice audio, transcripts, and the current reminder draft or related context may be sent to Anthropic so the service can understand what reminder you want to create, change, snooze, complete, or reschedule.
Verification messages and mobile information
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
We may use transactional text messages for phone verification and account-security flows. We do not share mobile numbers or verification activity with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.
How data is used
We use collected data to deliver reminders, synchronize state across devices, troubleshoot reliability issues, improve reminder workflows, operate optional voice features that rely on speech recognition and AI-assisted reminder processing, and support place search, map previews, and location-based reminder delivery.
Data sharing
Callme may share limited data with infrastructure, communications, analytics, and AI vendors only as needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal data.
Third-party service providers
To operate Callme, we may share relevant data with service providers as needed, including providers that support communications, AI-assisted reminder processing, mapping and place lookup, analytics, and infrastructure. These providers may include Twilio, Telnyx, Anthropic, Google, HERE, and similar vendors used to run Callme.
Depending on the feature you use, those providers may process phone numbers, verification status, reminder content, call audio, transcripts, device and network metadata, location reminder information, and related service logs.
Anthropic processing is limited to the features that need it, such as voice reminder creation or voice reminder interactions that rely on spoken input.
